He has a Bachelor’s degree in Politics from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). He is a specialist in strategic communication. He has been General Secretary of the Government of the Federal District (DDF) and General Director of the Latin American Institute of Educational Communication (UNESCO), Audiovisual Education at The Ministry of Education (SEP), and Radio, Television and Cinematography (RTC) at the Ministry of the Interior (SEGOB). He was General Director of Social Communication at Ministry of Foreign Affairs (SRE), Ministry of Education (SEP), Federal District (DDF) and SIDERMEX. He was a Federal Deputy and is a Professor at UNAM and the National Institute for Public Administration (INAP).

Eugenia Solana
She studied Law at the Technological Autonomous Institute of Mexico (ITAM) and specialized in North American Law at Anahuac University – Rice University (Texas). She was also Sub-director of Law Services for Foreign Trade at the Ministry of Commerce and worked at Inbursa Bank Trust and in the Spanish Agency of Public Relations “Alcestis”, in Madrid.
